Teardown

Teardown is a heist sandbox from Tuxedo Labs set in a fully destructible voxel world. You plan a crime, smash through walls, drive through buildings, then escape with the loot against a running timer. Every object here can be taken apart brick by brick.

The game has two phases: first you prepare the route by breaking walls, parking a van and laying explosives, then the countdown starts and you have to run it fast. Your own solutions matter more than scripted routes, so every plan turns out different. There is also a creative sandbox mode.

According to HowLongToBeat (via DekuDeals), the main campaign takes about 13 hours, with extras about 24.5, and a full run about 33. At about 2 hours a day (roughly 60 hours), a month covers everything. To be honest: the rental is offline access, so online multiplayer is not included and you play the single-player campaign.
