Phasmophobia

Phasmophobia is a 4-player psychological horror from Kinetic Games, released in early access. Paranormal activity is on the rise, and you and your team of investigators head into haunted locations to gather as much evidence as you can.

On every job you have to work out exactly which ghost you are dealing with. For that you get familiar ghost-hunting gear: an EMF reader, a spirit box, thermometers and night vision cameras. The game recognises your real voice, so the ghosts can hear what you say, and Ouija board talks and EVP sessions work through your microphone. There are over twenty ghost types and more than ten locations, plus cursed possessions that grant an edge in exchange for sanity, five difficulty levels and weekly challenges.

According to HowLongToBeat, the main run takes about 21 hours and the full set of goals about 139, though the sample there is small. A month won’t be enough for “everything”, but the game is fun without that. It is first and foremost an online co-op game that needs the internet; Steam also lists it as single-player, so you can play alone.
