Privacy policy

In short: we collect the minimum — your email and order details — to give you access and make sure you don’t lose it. We don’t sell data and run no advertising trackers.

The binding version of this policy is the Ukrainian one. This translation is provided for convenience.

1. Who processes your data

  • Your data is processed by the GameRent service (gamerent.com.ua). For any question about your data, contact us through the support chat on the site.

2. What we collect

  • Your email — entered when you place an order or sign in to your account. Payment and access emails are sent to it.
  • Order details: game, plan, amount, time, payment code and payment ID.
  • Your IP address — only when you place an order or contact support, to protect against abuse.
  • The text of your support requests.
  • Your account password is stored only as an irreversible hash: not even we can read the password itself.
  • If you sign in with Google — the email address and name from your Google profile. We never see or receive your Google password.
  • Anonymous visit statistics: page, language, device type and referrer. No cookies and no IP address.

3. What we don’t collect

  • Bank card details: payment goes through the bank, and we only see the amount and the transfer comment.
  • There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

4. Why

  • To fulfil your order: issue access, email you the login details and show the rental in your account.
  • To answer support requests and resolve disputes.
  • To account for payments and prevent fraud.
  • To comply with the law.

5. Who we share data with

  • Only with services the site cannot work without, and only to the extent needed:
  • monobank — accepts payments;
  • Resend — sends emails (address and email text);
  • Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google;
  • Vultr — hosting, server in Germany;
  • Telegram — order notifications to the operator (email and order contents);
  • an AI service — may process the text of a support chat question to find an answer in the knowledge base.
  • Data is never passed to third parties for advertising or sale.

6. Cookies

  • We only use technical cookies required for signing in to your account. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

7. How long we keep data

  • Order data — as long as needed for accounting and disputes, but no longer than three years after your last order.
  • Visit statistics — 180 days.
  • Overload protection counters — 24 hours.

8. Your rights

  • Under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» (and the GDPR for EU residents) you can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, request deletion or withdraw consent.
  • Send your request through the support chat — we reply within 30 days.
  • You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

9. Changes

  • If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
