BeamNG.drive is a vehicle simulator from BeamNG built on soft-body physics. Instead of canned animations, every part of a car is simulated in real time, so crashes, deformation and handling feel believable and are never the same twice.
It is more a sandbox than a racing game: you roam large maps, try dozens of customisable vehicles, take on scenarios and challenges, and stage your own crashes and experiments. There are several modes, from a relaxed drive to speed and off-road tasks.
According to HowLongToBeat, the scenarios and campaign take about 6 hours and a 100% run about 15 hours (small sample). But the real appeal is free driving, and a month at two hours a day will only get you acquainted with the cars and maps. The game is single-player and fully available on rental.
