Way of the Hunter 2

Way of the Hunter 2 is a hunting simulator from Nine Rocks Games, published by THQ Nordic. It features three hunting regions: a vast North American wilderness, an African hunting ground with dangerous wildlife, and a Rocky Mountain region centered on the Hearth & Hunt Headquarters lodge. The lodge is a hub you can expand with rooms and trophy space.

The game leans on realism: animals behave naturally and react to their surroundings, and the ecosystems are alive. To earn a trophy you have to study tracks, movement patterns and terrain before taking a shot.

There is no fixed finish line, so the time depends on how many trophies and regions you want to cover. A month at two hours a day is enough to get well settled in. Online co-op exists, but the offline rental covers the single-player game. A fit for fans of calm simulators.
