Forza Horizon 5 in Ukrainian: no language support, and what to pick instead
October 20, 2026 · 2 min read
Forza Horizon 5 has no Ukrainian language and no fan translation that we know of. Which languages Steam lists and which one to choose if you want a language that's easy to read.
Forza Horizon 5 does not support Ukrainian: no interface, no subtitles, no voice-over. We also could not find a trustworthy fan translation. If you specifically need a Ukrainian game, this one will not work for you. If the language is not a dealbreaker, the gap matters less in an open-world racer than it would in a story-heavy RPG.

According to Steam, the game has text (interface and subtitles) in 16 entries, with Spanish and Chinese listed in several variants. They cover English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Brazilian Portuguese.
Voice-over is narrower. Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Russian and Turkish are text only, while voices come in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese and Chinese.
| Language | Interface | Voice-over | Subtitles |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ukrainian | no | no | no |
| English | yes | yes | yes |
| Polish | yes | no | yes |
| Czech | yes | no | yes |
| Russian | yes | no | yes |
What to pick instead
English is the simplest choice: it is complete, with both text and voices, and familiar to most players. If a Slavic language reads easier for you, Polish and Czech are on the list. In a racing game, text is mostly car and track names, settings and short objective descriptions.
What about a fan translation?
We searched the web and the kuli.com.ua localization catalog: as of 20 October 2026 we found no page for the game there, and our searches turned up no project. That does not prove none exists, only that we have no reliable, checked Ukrainian patch to point you to. If one appears, the catalog is where it will show up.
If you were looking for a Russian patch
Official Russian text exists in the game, without voice-over, so no separate patch is needed. There is, unfortunately, no Ukrainian equivalent, official or fan-made.
Renting Forza Horizon 5
The game is in our catalog: a Steam account for a month, offline. Forza Horizon 5 has multiplayer and co-op, and online modes are unavailable in offline rental, so keep that in mind before renting it for races with friends. How it works explains the setup.
