Rise of the Tomb Raider

Rise of the Tomb Raider is an action-adventure game from Crystal Dynamics starring Lara Croft; the Steam release is the 20 Year Celebration edition, which includes the base game and the Season Pass. Lara uncovers an ancient mystery that puts her in the crosshairs of a ruthless organisation called Trinity. The trail leads to a myth about the Lost City of Kitezh, and she sets out for Siberia on her first real Tomb Raiding expedition.

It is a third-person game about survival in a hostile world: Lara climbs cliffs, explores tombs, hunts animals, scavenges rare resources and crafts weapons. She faces not only enemies but the world itself, with treacherous conditions and unstable landscapes. The 20 Year Celebration edition adds the new Blood Ties story set in Croft Manor, the Lara’s Nightmare mode, the Extreme Survivor difficulty and the Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch and Cold Darkness Awakened expansions.

According to HowLongToBeat, the story in this edition takes about 14 hours and a full run about 39. In a month at roughly 60 hours you can finish it entirely, with room to spare. The main game is single-player and works offline, and there is also an online co-op Endurance mode for two players.
