Outlast 2

Outlast 2 is a first-person horror game from Red Barrels. Journalists Blake and Lynn Langermann go to investigate a mysterious murder in the Arizona desert and end up in the village of Temple Gate, where a fanatical cult led by Sullivan Knoth awaits the end of the world.

There is nothing to fight with here: all you carry is a camera with night vision. The point of the game is to hide, run and sneak past pursuers, using wardrobes, cornfields and dark corners. The camera needs batteries, so you have to find them, and tension is kept up by sound and unpredictable chases. The game contains a lot of violence and heavy themes, so it is not for the sensitive.

According to HowLongToBeat, the story takes about 7 hours and a full run about 14. In a month at roughly 60 hours you can play it several times, with room to spare. The game is single-player and works offline, so there are no rental limits here.
