Dying Light: The Beast

Dying Light: The Beast is a first-person survival action game from Techland, set among the infected. Kyle Crane returns to settle the debts of his past, and the beastly powers inside him wake up along the way. The world is a stretch of forests and small towns where danger never lets up.

The core is parkour and close combat. You climb rooftops and cliffs, build weapons from whatever you find, and once the beast power builds up you turn it into fast, brutal fighting. Night outings are riskier but pay better in loot.

According to HowLongToBeat (via DekuDeals), the story takes about 18.5 hours, with side content about 31, and a full 100% run about 49. At about 2 hours a day (roughly 60 hours), a month covers it all, even full completion. To be honest: the rental is offline access, so online co-op is not included and you play the single-player campaign.
