Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition

Dying Light 2 Stay Human is a first-person open-world action RPG from Techland. It is set in Villedor, one of the last big cities after the outbreak, where you play Aiden, a wanderer searching for his sister who gets pulled deeper into a struggle between factions.

Parkour is the core: you run across rooftops, leap between buildings, use a grappling hook and a paraglider, and fight up close with improvised weapons. The city is fairly calm by day, but at night the infected take the streets, and each time you decide whether to risk it or wait in shelter. Story choices and the help you give to different groups change how the city looks.

According to HowLongToBeat, the main story takes about 24 hours and a full run about 102. At two hours a day (roughly 60 hours a month) you can finish the story and a good share of side content with room to spare, but not 100%. The single-player campaign works offline; online co-op is not part of the rental.
