Dispatch

Dispatch is a superhero workplace comedy from AdHoc Studio, made by the writers and directors of Tales from the Borderlands and The Wolf Among Us. It is set in present-day Los Angeles. You play Robert Robertson, a.k.a. Mecha Man, whose mech suit is destroyed in a fight against his nemesis, so instead of heroics he has to take a job as a dispatcher at a superhero dispatch centre.

You are put in charge of a group of ex-supervillains who need rehabilitating. On the strategy map you see the emergencies around the city and decide which heroes to send where, weighing risks and rewards. Besides powers, each hero comes with quirks and baggage, so you have to keep the team together, deal with office politics and build relationships. Every decision, from banter in the breakroom to life-or-death calls in the field, changes the story.

According to HowLongToBeat (via DekuDeals), the main story takes about 8.5 hours and a full run about 20.5. In a month you can finish everything with plenty of room, and even replay it with different choices. The game is single-player and works offline.
