DEATHLOOP

DEATHLOOP is a first-person shooter from Arkane Lyon, the studio behind Dishonored. Two rival assassins, Colt and Julianna, are stuck in a time loop on the island of Blackreef, where the same day keeps repeating.

Each loop is split into four times of day and several districts, and what you do in the morning changes what happens in the evening. The goal is to take out eight Visionaries who keep the loop going in a single cycle, so you gather intel, test weapons and supernatural powers, and look for new routes. If you die, the cycle restarts, but what you have learned stays with you.

Per HowLongToBeat, the story takes about 16 hours and a 100% run about 36. At around 2 hours a day (about 60 hours), a month is enough to finish everything. The campaign is single-player; invasions by other players need a connection and are not part of offline rental, but the main game is unaffected.
