Dead Island: Riptide

Dead Island: Riptide Definitive Edition is a first-person action game from Techland about a zombie apocalypse on the tropical island of Banoi. It continues the outbreak story: you play a survivor looking for a way out while a holiday paradise turns into hell. This edition includes all earlier DLC and updated graphics.

The core is brutal melee combat: you hit, slash and crush the undead with whatever you find or craft, and weapons can be upgraded. The open world is split into areas with quests, your character levels up. The signature feature is four-player co-op.

According to HowLongToBeat, the story takes about 10 hours and a 100% run about 27 hours. A month at two hours a day is enough even for full completion. The game has co-op, but on rental you get the single-player campaign; online multiplayer is not included.
